We know how important this program is to many in our community and making this decision was difficult. The last couple of weeks have been hard. This in particular feels the hardest for unknown reasons. Not having access to my #ADHD meds has created a big hole in my coping toolbox and I am experiencing ADHD burnout like never before. I am so glad to have an extended support network right now.

My week without meds so far: - keep having to ask what I was talking about mid way through the conversation - inbox driven overwhelm - forgot to drink water or eat then had a migraine - 12 hours work day followed by 12 hours sleep And it's only Wednesday

Once again there is a shortage of my #ADHD meds, tried every pharmacy in a 15 miles radius with no luck. Apologies to whoever needs a meeting with me in the next couple of weeks. It's going to be a wild ride.
