just saw Obsession and i am FLOORED HOW is this a directorial debut?? if you're a fan of films that drill in on specific types of anguish -- think hereditary, the babadook, goodnight mommy but Obsession stands alone. ASTOUNDING acting -- & it keeps you off-balance the whole runtime 10/10

saw backrooms - it was incredibly good they really nailed the liminal aesthetic & deeply understand why that type of space is horrifying. fantastic acting from chiwetel ejiofor if ur a fan of slow burns with deeply unsettling payoffs (annihilation, midsommar), you should catch it in theaters.

i just cant consider go a serious language. like look at their mascot. who is this for? who could find this pleasing? it's a disturbing question to turn over in one's mind. in the end one must conclude there is a something unnameably foul writhing in the darkness in the remotest places of man's soul
