Because one government is trying to do its job, while the other believes its job is to exploit _anything_ possible —in this case, administrative errors— to inflict pain mostly on brown and other non-white migrants.

Meanwhile but Trump and Miller continue sending immigrations detainees to dark sites overseas, sometimes for similar errors.
I kindly ask that we collectively stop grading the literal president of the United States and the man who effectively is the GOP on a curve
