Good morning. The escort continues for WALL (German Coastguard Bamberg escording. F361 Iver Huitfeldt seems to be returning, while P520 Diana seems to have been positioned all night to pick up the escort for NIGHT GLORY. Both false flagged vessels are currently in international waters.

The two tankers Sierra (IMO: 9522324) and Naxos (IMO: 9336426, AIS name "Selva") are sailing under false AIS flag (Malawi and Panama respectively). Nearby in escort formation: Russian Corvette "Boikiy" likely behind the generic MMSI.

MARATHON has had another change of heart and is now heading north of the Shetland - she will soon be further north than when loading in Russia. Shown here are the tracks of other tankers in the area this month. MARATHON is not following any of the normal routes.

MARATHON’s route looks to be taking it south of the Shetland Islands. I have never sailed in the North Atlantic, and it’s not something I would volunteer for!

Something has caused MARATHON to change course (my guess - the shock of NZ sanctions). Vessel is now heading northwest - unsure it that means she'll be going around the north of the UK, or even further north around the Norwegian coast. I'd be grateful for advice from the locals!

Stadig intet tegn på, at Marathon / Udaya bliver stoppet for at sejle statsløst rundt i danske farvande. På trods af, at skibet snød forsvarskommandoen i sidste uge med falske oplysninger. Eksperter har ellers slået fast, at det er inden for skiven at stoppe statsløse skibe i uskadelig passage.
