The good thing about last night’s WH correspondents dinner is that Trump now has a newfound respect for reporters, and he understands that despite their differences, a strong and skeptical press is essential for the furtherance of democracy.

I would say that DOJ prosecutors just did the same thing that they're accusing the defendant of having done, but the defendant may have done it for public-minded reasons whereas DOJ prosecutors did it carelessly and in the context of an effort to suppress a report that the public has a right to see.

This lawsuit was a cynical, dishonest, and confused effort to punish tech researchers and others for exercising core First Amendment rights. It should have been thrown out a long time ago, but better late than never.

Today we beat Stephen Miller’s lawsuit mill in court! For 3 years I’ve been a defendant in a case filed by America First Legal on behalf of Gateway Pundit & a random antivaxxer we’d never heard of until she sued us. The plaintiffs claimed we “censored” them. It was a lie. They just lost.

As I write here, it's totally incoherent to immunize the president from prosecution on the theory that he can be held accountable through the political process — and then to suppress the information that might allow Congress and the public to actually hold him accountable.
