The use of 'he/she' really annoys me. 'They' is much more inclusive than 'he/she' and is also quicker to both say and write. Anyone using 'he/she' today is either forced to by some obtuse requirements, or is purposefully being bigoted. '(s)he' is no better and is just as needlessly difficult.

I don't know what everyone's complaining about. Just go to settings > features > worms, then change the "worms pouring out of my phone" toggle from "yes" to "maybe later"

genuinely how the fuck do people use windows actually??? why is there a loading screen in my SETTINGS menu?? what is going on there? why does it need to load?

so obviously i wanted to have True... memes on my island, but instead of painstakingly tracing the original meme i just made a black and white morgan freeman mii lol. introducing the official drink of sponge island (everyone hates it)

🌶️ My mild take: page size controls for pagination should always include a YOLO mode. Let me load the 117 results so I can cmd-f or copy-paste. If a request hangs, so be it. If my tab hangs, so be it. If it takes forever to load, so be it.

the one thing fedi has over twitter as a closed-data system is that u can reply to a post in direct message visibility so u can reply to ur friend's selfie in private with like "salivating.." and then reply to it again in the open with like "!!"

just one more button we swear just one more and then we’ll stop. you still have plenty of space for the send message box
