Two refineries (Saratov and Ufimsky) as well as the Wildberries facility in Saratov struck. It was an extremely costly night for Russia. This does not even include the Russian battlefield losses.
Russia lost 42,860 troops in July, a 2026 record, per Ukraine's General Staff. Also hit all-war records in destroyed vehicles and fuel trucks at 13,998 units, with near-record losses in air defense, artillery and MLRS.

USF crippled 75% of Kerch ferry capacity by hitting all 5 ferries in two weeks. Three are destroyed, two lost propulsion and now work as barges at half efficiency. The ferries previously moved 180-250 vehicles daily, mostly for Russian military.
