Great team with great players beats a good team with great players. Spain have beaten France over and over again, yet we got convinced by the flash of the French that they would do it.
At the start of the tournament, my wife and eldest picked Spain. I had France and the youngest had Argentina. Looks like I'm the loser.
Maybe the commentators could spend a bit more time about the quality of the Spanish team than going on about the French before today.
