Semi-retired lawyer -- had the “Western Civilization” education that right wingers want for all, but read the books. Very worried about how our institutions are failing us, one by one. Have a Springer who is much fancier than me.

With primaries behind us, it's now time for Dems to focus on winning in Nov. That'll involve something hard: establishment Dems will need to ask what they can learn from progressives, progressives will have to focus on what they can learn from centrists & both'll have to find ways to work together.

This Thursday, SpaceX insiders will be released from their first post-IPO stock lockup and can cash out early. As I've been saying, this has all the hallmarks of a Ponzi scheme.

The shithead fucked up again! Trump's half-completed helipad is being torn out because the incompetent contractors (no doubt donors of his) built it on a slope. There's going to be nothing left of the White House and National Mall except rubble by the time we tear this idiot out of power.

Exposing more BS from Trump and Blanche. All of both “settlements” (including the one with the IRS) must be entirely null and void. Then Blanche should be rejected by the Senate and disbarred because of the entire fraudulent mess.

FYI: Blanche rescinded the ORDER establishing the slush fund, not the underlying “settlement.” The settlement says any changes must be agreed to by ALL parties, not just Todd. This “rescission” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

www.nytimes.com/2026/08/03/u... Absolute BS. Kill the whole deal. "even in its new form, Mr. Blanche’s order for the I.R.S. to abandon any audits of Mr. Trump’s previous tax returns is an unprecedented and potentially illegal benefit . . ., worth potentially tens of millions of dollars . . ."

Blanche Gives G.O.P. Senators Written Assurances on Trump’s I.R.S. Deal

Todd Blanche’s confirmation as attorney general has been held up over concerns about a planned $1.8 billion fund for Trump allies and the president’s immunity from tax scrutiny.
