"It is not miracles we should be praying for. But for strength to face our adversaries, and will to remain humble." - St. Juliette addressing the exarchs of the Sanguinist Congregation on Nyxia Prime

St. Juliette Cooperation between the Imperium and the Reformist Church began before Juliette's reign. It was under her authority that the wider Imperium adopted the faith as a state religion. Institutionally enforcing their creed within the secular sphere.

"I did not become Empress because I wished to nor needed it. I reigned because I had to. Because anyone else would have been crushed by the responsibility. That is our lot. That is our divine right." - St. Theophilia to her heir, St. Juliette.

St. Theophilia Also known as Theophilia the Gallant, her legacy began on the battlefields, accompanying her mother as the first Imperial Knight. Her reign strengthened and preserved Alicia's dream, as well as setting the course for future generations to come.

Sinclaire Sunday. I thought this crap was just in the UK. It's not. Online "safety bills" that "pROtecT tHe ChildREn!" are bubbling up everywhere. This is a full-on Orwellian nightmare. When the words "state approved media" appear in legislation; it's no longer conspiracy theory.

Still having more productive conversations with a machine than with human beings about world-building. In all the wide world, with so many opportunities, loneliness had never felt so crushing.

Repeating the same action, while expecting a different outcome is often the hallmark of insanity. Well, I've given my trust time after time to many people, hoping that things would turn out better each time, only to be disappointed on every occasion.

World-building bit #2 The Imperium is a relatively new entity and has accepted the Reformist Church as its state religion. However, to the human population within, it became a symbol of oppression, demanding its human populace to renounce its ego and become Sapients.

World-building bit #1 St. Alicia was born into Nyxian nobility but was introduced to the Reformist belief in her early years. She saw that human nature is flawed and that humanity cannot maintain order without humility. Thus creating the term Sapient.
