Slapped some colour + a new crop on this comm, which i know will get totally mangled by compression, but that wont stop me from painting in monochrome red
i'm starting to realise that sleepless nights i've been having where i get insane hits of adrenaline just as i'm falling asleep is actually a panic attack. i haven't had enough during my waking hours to recognise panic attack so every time i've been like oh that's just my brain doing silly buggers
