It's wild to me how much has changed in my life in the past month. New city, new friends, etc. I'm insanely lucky to be where I am now. I feel so loved, welcome, and happy. At the same time I do still miss some people and things from before. Like a little heartache that random pops up.
Make sure to take some time to tell those close to you that you care for them, love them, whatever your feelings might be. Sometimes people just need to hear something good to turn their whole week around.

It's hard watching someone go through something painful, but being unable to help because they needed space. I understand needing it, but this is a lot. Feels really lonely and it doesn't have to be like this... I dunno. Maybe I have a savior complex and this is for the best? 😑
