As we recall the trauma caused by COVID in 2020, we should not forget COVID continues to harm. Many still suffer from Long COVID, people who mask are often harassed, and we haven’t scaled clean air infrastructure. If we truly acknowledge past harms, we should be working to create a better future.

We played by the rules then once we get good at the game, they change the rules & turn all of our previous assets into liabilities. The goal posts are constantly being moved. The game is rigged against us by the bros that be. I’m tired of playing their game.
This is why reading and education is so important for a healthy democracy. We've already learned these lessons!!! 100+ years ago!!!!

the whole "women's sports exist to protect women from men" framing is hilarious, given that a lot of these divisions were initially formed because men were deeply embarrassed any time a woman beat them at a sport olympic shooting was mixed gender right up until a woman won the gold
