I dislike the Dutch News habit of framing the nitrogen issue as something that is hard on the "agriculture" sector when it is only really a small slice of that sector: the livestock sector. For a farmer that's not raising livestock, the nitrogen issue is far less impactful.

A new day, a new reason to be glad we made the decision to leave the USA. There are *a lot* of things about The Netherlands that I do not like, but all of them *pale* in comparison to the things that I do not like about the USA.

When people gather together to publicly support governmental action, it's not called a *protest.* For Example: if a group of people gathered together to support the government creating National Parks, it wouldn't be called "A protest in support of National Parks." Language matters. @nltimes.nl

Reagan and Thatcher get a lot of blame for what they did, but I think a lot more blame needs to also fall onto Clinton and Blair. It really feels like Reagan and Thatcher dug a hole into their two respective nations while Clinton and Blair decided that having the hole was acceptable.
