Just did my first jump rope workout in years! Used to be obsessed with jumping throughout the pandemic (Jump Rope Dudes & Cross Rope app). When I got a puppy in 2023, I switched up my exercise. Such a fun, efficient workout. Did an amazing 30 min JRD workout - good to be back! #FitnessSky
