I like the blue jays. I make music at @primebirds.bsky.social. I rant about stuff sometimes. I am the king of typ0s.

The service at the KFC I'm at is so bad that I actually feel bad for the staff. They're just completely overmatched. The chicken and potatoes are defeating them. We're coaching through jt.

I'm SORRY, I know, I know, we're supposed to just ignore these but I'm not strong enough. these goddamn pithy sarcastic chuds who will point at a thing and say "wow that's fucked up and I'm thr only one that knows it" and post it and collect their 1.6K likes and move on.

There is a lot of good Political Leaders news lately - Brazil, Hungary, maybe Israel (maybe not), midterms seem to be trending well, and even here in Toronto there's good news. I used to be scared of embracing the wins too much because Shit's Still Fucked Up Out There but I'm slowly changing on that

BREAKING NEWS: there was one piece of leftover garlic bread that I was excited to eat for lunch but I nuked it for too long and now my apartment smells like burnt toast and I have no garlic bread for lunch. Prime Minister Carney expected to address the media later today.

It's tempting to give advertisers credit for coming up with places to shove advertising into that I never would've thought of, but then I remember the reason I wouldn't think of it is because it sucks and is slowly killing us

an ad in the middle of my fantasy lineup says "your roster rests. FOX One doesn't"

I didn't watch it live but upon replay am I nuts for thinking the check-swing call was not just correct but uncontroversially so? It seemed very obvious to me that he went

I used to be a little shrill about NEVER USE AI EVER and I'm accepting that there are certain use-cases for average joes that are basically fine, but when people copy/paste chatbot or google AI results for info purposes, I still knee-jerk point out that it might be wrong, and I doubt it's popular

Completely unsolicited advice for anyone who has a new phone - buy the best otterbox you can, and if it doesn't come with a screen protector of some kind, buy one for 10 bucks or whatever. It is worth the price. I drop my phone literally every day and it's still pristine. It is worth it.

I don't follow BC politics closely enough to have too much of a comment other than people reallllly don't like snap elections and I wouldn't be surprised if some nom-partisan voters were simply punishing thr NDP's opportunism

Is there a reason cab drivers will inch their car forward at a light instead of just fucking stipping? Every cabbie does, no other driver does this. In theory I want to support cabbies over uber but under drivers don't drive like they want me to puke

We tried "everyone is entitled to an opinion" for three straight decades and all we have to show for it is four thousand cases of measles and a death cult running the government. It's time for people who don't know what they're talking about to shut the fuck up.

This is one of those ones where he's lying, but if it's true, who fuckin' cares. Elon Musk's net worth could probably buy a house for every American, and Sam Altman's could buy everyone a BMW. immigrants scamming welfare (a thing that isn't happening) is like 125th on the list of problems

Stephen Miller claims Somali-Americans in Minnesota are "buying Mercedes, buying BMWs, they buy a nice house, all their kids fly first class all over the world" (This is a lie!)
