I don't post much anymore, but I felt it worth reminding our colleagues that "follow up with your cardiologist ASAP" is not a guideline supported move nor a therapeutic intervention for someone discharged with ongoing new onset atrial flutter with RVR on a Friday afternoon. #cardiosky

Older news but still noteworthy. Among patients with HFrEF and HFpEF, withdrawal of SGLT2i led to increased CV death, HF symptoms, fasting glucose, BP, BNP and decreased Hb.
