Apparently Target & Hasbro don't know how pre-orders work. I was told this was due to "inventory issues". How TF do you have inventory issues, when you have a set number of orders to be filled? Meanwhile Chinese scalpers on Ebay seem to have had no trouble getting their hands on it...

Got a reply to a post that's two weeks old. Strike one. The reply took that post far too literally, and completely missed the point of it to a degree that makes me think they're either trolling, or a bot. Strike two. They pulled a whatabout to defend AI. Strike three. Blocked.

The heat - and my bike rides - have fried my brain, so sculpting is (temporarily) out, and drawing is in! ...at least, for the one hour or so at night when my drawing corner is a tolerable temperature.

Looking back at pretty much EVERY art meme of the past decade or so. Bowsette, Mousely, the "virgin killer" sweater and pretty much every other "barely clothing" outfit, "oppai day", May 4th... There's always some new thing that sneaks up on me when I've got a long list of other shit to do...

Drawing front & side views of a character so I can sculpt them... It's such a lifeless, unnatural way to draw any character, but it'll be worth it if the sculpt looks correct.

Another AI scenario that I can't decide how to feel about - one of my artist friends has been dabbling, feeding their art into the machine to make it move. They have artistic ability to spare, just not in terms of animation. Thing is, I've heard that they've had some health issues in recent years...

I severed all ties with my friend who stole my work to feed AI. The problem is that friend was paying the fees of the first cancer treatment I received back in 2020. I'm still dragging that heavy debt around. I hope for any help to keep those at bay until I can start saving to pay it in full.
