I know I could have done a lot better with my KS campaign, make better graphics and ads and everything. Had more color page samples... but if I didn't just put it out there I never would have got it done. Sometimes you have to power through and throw something out to the world and see what happens.

Went to @mceprinting.bsky.social to check out their paper and everything. I highly recommend them, especially if you do NSFW stuff! They don't upcharge or anything for it unlike other printers. The binding and inks and everything is lovely.

People have asked what the reason is for the fabric around her waist if she's in a uniform/mage armor. It's in part fashion, which makes her feel good, but also symbolic of herself hanging onto the bit of her true self that is almost lost during that phase of her life.

I love working on comics where I know the property, but I also love working on ones where I don't know much about it and end up extremely knowledgeable about one random aspect of the series because I had to check to see what color their wings were on some wikis.

As sad thing happened to the family today, so I'm going to workaholic for a while.

Family is going on on Friday so I'll forgive myself for not being as quick as I'd like to be on comic and kickstarter stuff.

I'm glad I was forewarned about all the Kickstarter marketing scam emails I'd be getting. It's so bad, but some are pretty funny. I can't imagine that there is a single email that is from a legit business.

I have to resist posting art at 3am when most of my audience is sleeping. 😂 I have new art to share, but I'll have some self control this time. I actually rather like the pic and I want to make some sort of kickstarter bonus with it.
