Another quote from the article that jumped out to me: “I get fists waved at me . . . I’m getting honked at or yelled at.” I had to backtrack to confirm this was from a driver. Anyone who bikes experiences this -- and far worse -- every. single. day. Our system is set up to bully people on bikes.

I didn't vote to raise my taxes so the city could pay for an ad campaign telling me "do something" about climate change. I want *the city* to do something about climate change. Like, I dunno, fund things that actually make it easier to walk, bike, and take transit.
