Again: we tried permanent Daylight Saving Time once already. In the '70s. Kids got hit by cars walking to school in the dark. It was such a fucking disaster it's apparently been memory-holed by every-damn-body.

This year, a council staffer explained, the city has done 11,000 graffiti abatement actions, including about 200 on private property—under the CURRENT mayor.

i literally just watched this bike lane barrier get bumped out of the way by a car that was so mad this prius wouldn’t illegally turn on red that it honked several times and then just drove into the bike lane to get around them. 🫩🫩🫩

i’m a little unnerved that there is literally zero snow on the olympics, but at least kulshan looks nice!
