Picked up a gold hyrule switch lite today for my girlfriend. Now happy to report that I own seven switches.
Did you know Rock Band 4 has player intro animations like Rock Band 2? If you didn't, you probably never played online multiplayer, as they were forced to only show up there. In the latest update to Rock Band 4 Deluxe, these intro animations can now be seen while playing offline!
i like how in linux the "shake to enlarge mouse cursor to find it" function, doesnt stop growing if you dont stop shaking

RB3DX has a new option to show Guitar, Bass, & Keys on-stage all at once! You can assign a Guitarist or Bassist to replace your Vocalist and they will sing and play their instrument at the same time. You can find it in Deluxe Settings > Venue Options > More Options > All Instruments

RB3DX now also has per-controller lag adjustment! Rock Band games all have internal offsets for each type of controller. This is a problem in 2026 when most people are using custom controllers with low latency Not anymore! You can adjust them now or even automatically configure it

This is for when a controller has a different value compared to everything else. You can adjust the input lag of each controller, separate to the main audio/video calibration!

I think festival discreetly syncs players in a song. My girlfriend and i play together in the same room, so i hear her audio. A bit into Master of Puppets, my side got a 3-4 second freeze, then continued, wildly out of sync. By the end, I was only 1-2 beats behind 🤔

Iceberg: The Guitar Hero III cover of The Devil Went Down To Georgia by Steve Ouimette, is itself a cover of another cover. "Point Blank" had their own cover of TDWDTG that came out in 2003. I asked Steve a few years ago and he confirmed it was likely given to him as reference.
