At a funeral. It's sad. I wish she were alive of course. But can I also say how amazing it is to be at a funeral for (yet another) trans friend where their life is celebrated honestly and nobody is sitting around being a bigot in the corner? It's refreshing. The last gift she'll give me.

I've seen about two dozen posts about making sure you avoid the Perez Hilton video here but not one instance of the video. I think we're mostly safe. I TRIED this morning and found one still shot after like 30 minutes. Everything else was just people resharing the same "appearing to" account.
We're just sitting here watching home makeover shows which are popular again for the same reason as before: because nobody can afford to fix their houses up.
Block these people early and often. The great thing about blue is that there is no fucking algorithm. You don't have to interact with them if you don't want to.
It's so weird to me that so few monsters in 5e have damage vulnerabilities. it's such a fun and interesting mechanic and they just left it on the floor. My players fucking LOVE hitting a monster and finding out it takes extra radiant or fire damage. it's just a shame I almost always made it up.

If so, today is an excellent day to take a look at The Sundered God, because in chapter 22 Rose buffs it. And we learn a LOT. We're almost to the very end.
The fact that my kids are seeing shitty conservative political ads on YouTube (and ONLY conservative political ads) is telling.
Oh, man. I'm the opposite. If something bothers me, it probably bothers someone else and it it doesn't, i can write a little story so they understand why it matters. But I do respect this position.

During the covid pandemic, I worked in a hospital. When people started coming in with failing respiratory systems, I remember walking down one of our back hallways and seeing dozens of new ventilators waiting. And one by one they disappeared from the hallways as our ICUs filled to max capacity.
Everyone knows we need more empathy and compassion, so give this a watch and learn something about them.

When I was in Catholic School in the late 80's and early 90's I had a teacher (who taught "health" which was the only sex ed we got) who told us (with a straight face) that lesbians have sex by putting their nipples into one another's vaginas. She could have just said, "I don't know".
I know we all want to go to an old folks home with gaming night, but can you imagine trying to run a role playing game for folks with alzheimer's? I mean ... epic, but also, difficult.
