Well there are various options to get the 76 seats without VVD or any fascist parties. Here's one option: D66 26 seats GL/PvdA 20 CDA 18 PvdD 3 CU 3 SP 3 50+ 2 Volt 1 Total = 76 Unlikely to happen. 8 parties would be very hard to form and control. But it is a viable threat to tell VVD "no fascists"
