The Buffalo Bisons have activated Ricky Tiedemann from the minor-league IL. After a couple clean appearances in Dunedin, he's back up to AAA. The big thing remains staying healthy. But he's getting close to the #BlueJays now.

This is an astounding loss for the US if it comes to fruition. One of the biggest strategic losses the US has ever endured—perhaps biggest?—and all from a war the US chose to start for no reason, illegally.

This would close off the path outside Iranian waters the US encouraged ships to use during the MOU, then started bombing again to keep open.
The other thing worth noting, we've actually poured TONS of money into making child-rearing less expensive, from the CCB to subsidizing daycare programs to increasing federal leave benefits in 1991, 2000, and the 2019 sharing incentive. How much more should the state provide to address birth rates?

Bluejays trade their Arjun Nimmala and some other propsects for Jose Soriano 🤩 Nimmala was their #2 prospect and a top100 MLb prospect. But Soriano is a great addition for a 2027 retool.
So the Bluejays traded a half season of an aging Kevin Gausman for two 100% defence first prospects. Hopefully the savings from shedding Gausman’s salary will increase what Rogers will let them spend on Free Agents this offseason
