I was able to reduce an Adobe Illustrator file from nearly 4GB down to 113MB. No loss of quality & kept it fully editable. I deserve a damn medal for that.

Yesterday, @nadiaoxford.bsky.social and I went to the Toronto Blue Jays game, and I'm happy to report that Rodimus Prime is the new leader of the Autobots! And as much as I love the guy he replaced, I think he'll do a better job and kill it in this role.
Finally watched Dust Bunny. Should not have put it off so long. Visually stunning from start to finish. Just as quirky as you'd expect from a Bryan Fuller movie. Yeah, I liked this one.
Spider-Man was quite enjoyable. The fights and swinging felt like they came right from the PS5 game (in a good way). Was worried about seeing spoilers, but outside of the story beats, there was surprisingly little to spoil.
Buffet Infinity had an interesting premise, decent reviews & solid word of mouth. But man, this one wasn't for me. Found it about 20 minutes too long. Struggled to get through it.

One thing I find so odd about Transformers fans anymore (chronically online fans specifically), is they never, ever enjoy what something currently is. They will obsesses over what it was at some random point, and beat down your door to tell you what they think it should be instead.

I'm a huge fan of low budget sci-fi passion projects. One of my favorites is Hunter Prey (2010). Cheesy, but does a lot with a low budget & a fun twist halfway thru. Now streaming on Prime & Tubi. Directed by Sandy Collora, who directed the Batman: Dead End short fan film (watch it if you haven't).
