Been a bit lazy about posting here (and on editing images too tbh), so going to post some of my recent astrophotos that bluesky has missed. First up, this is a two-panel mosaic of Sh2 119, aka the Clamshell Nebula, captured in HOO with RGB stars with my Cat91 telescope #astrophotography

Another quick project now that the weather is finally getting better. M8 and M20, the Lagoon and Trifid Nebulae in LRGB. Dark skies and bright objects are basically a cheat code, making targets like this almost easy. Captured from Starfront Remote with my Cat91 telescope #astrophotography

My latest from Starfront Remote Observatories, Sh2-284 The main object in this image, Sh2-284, is interesting object that reminds me of another Sharpless object, the Lion Nebula, with its distinctive separation between an Oiii heavy region and an Ha heavy region #astrophotography 🔭

Keeping with the theme of "nebula that vaguely resemble animals", next up is the Seagull Nebula. This large emission nebula is in the constellation Monoceros and has several interesting features throughout, including a couple small planetary nebulae. #astrophotography 🔭

this encapsulates what all of this administration is about. they aren’t “accidentally” destroying departments. they are intentionally destroying the government so they can become the government. the only issue they have with the system is they don’t profit from it or control it

Another one from Starfront Observatories, and my last image with the RedCat51 + 533MM combo, this is the Jellyfish Nebula. The Jellyfish is an interesting case of a supernova remnant interacting with surrounding molecular clouds, giving it it's unique shape. #astrophotography 🔭
