Under discussed point here. The people with the money don't have any good ideas and they're even worse at executing. Silicon Valley today is quite different than even 10 years ago. We're using the same social networks and apps we did then.

All other things aside, one thing we haven't really had the opportunity or time to properly teach is AI literacy. I hope some people would agree this is an important thing to teach even if you're not pro AI. You have to consider it harm reduction.

Migrating from @1password.bsky.social to @bitwarden.bsky.social was pretty painless, and Bitwarden is basically half the price as well. And as far as I know, Bitwarden doesn't openly support fascism. Export your vault from 1password on a secure device, import to bitwarden.

The problem with companies infested with fascist executives like @1password.bsky.social is their boards never get rid of the fascists even if they roll back the controversial actions taken. Now that we know the opinion of the company, the only respectable way forward is to clear house.
