The Bloke woke up this morning with half of his face swollen, due to a tooth infection. I wish he would speak up at the 1st instance of pain because I have many remedies I could have offered. He’s taken himself to the doctor now but he’ll need a dentist next week. 😩

I just saw 774 ABC Melbourne revealing that the caller “John” who rang in, having not eaten for a while, was actually someone called Warren. It turns out, it’s Wazza from Melbourne, a lovely soul that I interacted with on Twitter/X. We would chat about local issues, politics and mental health.

Well, that was a whole lot of my time wasted and now I’m cold from sitting too long.😡

My youngest child walked away from the cosplay community this year (for various reasons) & threw everything in a big box to get it out of site. I finally got around to reorganising her studio space to be more useable & to store everything in one spot. Not that she has any intention to craft again.

I was midway through putting the toppings on the pizza when the power tripped. Guess what caused it? The bench top pizza oven, which we’ve had for over 10 years. It looks like tea will be later than usual tonight. It’s a good thing I bought wine.

It's the middle of winter and I'm currently drinking a mango passionfruit coconut smoothie. The brain freeze from the frozen mango is not great.

Whilst wandering around the op-shop today, a young woman was browsing whilst listening to an audiobook. The narrator was American & the book was possibly a trashy romance. I was tempted to ask if she knew that headphones were available to purchase cheaply, but decided to ignore it. Is this a thing?

The Bloke was heading to Gippsland to pick up a thing, so I went along for the drive to look at the lovely green landscape. Unfortunately, my feet were aching so badly after standing all day yesterday,I declined the offer of lunch out, in favour of a reheated pastie & my calf massager. #CheapDate
