Heartbreaking measles in USA. 1st deaths for >10 years. As a paediatrician in West Africa mid-1990s measles epidemic we saw wards of very sick children, deaths every day. Even 5yrs later deaths rare with measles vaccine high coverage. World going backwards = preventable deaths in USA + worldwide
