I’ve been over to the new @broadcastingscotland.scot studio. It’s excellent. It has the means to provided the kind of content that BBC Shortbread News should have been producing but chose not to. Just needs more resources… people, writers, tech, and of course funds.

In Scotland, we get the state broadcaster promoting British nationalism. If Scotland really wants fair and balanced TV news, let's get behind grass-roots funding for Scotland's Independent Broadcaster.

No one says the media shouldn't hold the SNP & ScotGov to account, but when only 1 newspaper out of 38 dailies & weeklies in Scotland supports indy, which has majority support in most polls, & pro-indy parties have won majorities in Holyrood since 2011, there's a huge problem of media imbalance.
