I apologize having to ask for help once again, but I’m on my own now. It’s getting harder and harder to deal with. Read what happened in my slice of the world this past week. Thank you, very, very much. gofund.me/4aa7e3950

Worst thing about this is that it smears all the artists who worked on the actual movie. You spend months to years of your life working on a film, then marketing does some dumb shit like this and now that’s what people associate with your work. They’ll assume your movie is filled with ai shit too.

please deprioritize twitter and use other social media
I'm a failed musician abandoned by the world. I will now make new versions of all my music featuring the Freedom Motif, which represents the scars of my dreams. But I don't know whether to start with that or look for someone who will take this strange crystal that I don't want.

ive been kinda worrying excessively about planning the whole story for my hypothetical dream game as im missing so many pieces, but i think im just gonna develop it as i go along, whether it goes anywhere or not. im just gonna have fun

Lotta people out there acting like "gatekeeping" means "you have to learn it." Art, programming, writing, etc are skills. They have to be learned. You not being able to do something because you haven't learned how to do it isn't those people gatekeeping something from you, you just haven't learned.
I am exasperated with people accusing programmers of "gatekeeping" programming. We were practically dragging people through the gate. Do you know why a mindless LLM can tell you so much great programming information? It's because we've been sharing that information for free online for decades.
Birdo is my favorite Mario character. When I first saw her in Super Mario 2 as a kid she terrified me. She looked strange and was hard for me to defeat. Then when I next saw her in Wario's Woods she was like a savior angel character and I had to accept this conflict of emotions when seeing her. A+

My relationship with Deltarune is weird. I love it and not many other games captivate me like it does, it is a very thoughtful & emotionally mature thing full of love. But every "enemy" really feels like a friend. And IRL, my enemies are irredeemable men named Benjamin and Donald
Nintendo are far from a perfect company but man I can't take the hate they get seriously when everyone else is killing what I love about games. The people that make them and the tangibility that makes them more than data on a drive. It's never been so dire and they feel like all the hope remaining
