Judge Williams denies Trump's motion for a stay of her sanctions order and agrees with the amici to let them file a brief in normal course, due August 14. So absent a stay from the 11th circuit, the official state of play on the settlement agreement is that there is no settlement agreement.
But at least there's no facial hair anymore. That's probably boosting morale.
