I work in the private sector and it's rewarding, but the market isn’t always efficient. I strongly believe in the public sector; education, healthcare, food, housing, media, and transportation etc. can’t be left entirely to market forces.
We are living through one of the most shameful and dark periods in American history.
Is that “the problem” Ron? Is that really the problem?

There are more people like this pilot than there are like the ICE goons. We outnumber them and we always will.
Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning. Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

The worst politicians in America are about to quote Martin Luther King Jr. You can’t quote “I have a dream” on MLK Day then legislate against that dream every other day of the year.
According to DHS, about 3,000 ICE and federal agents are operating in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. THREE THOUSAND! The entire Minneapolis Police Department only has about 580 officers. This is outrageous and unnecessary. Our tax dollars are funding this abuse, so it’s happening in our name.
