IRFU Veteran. Always remember it's just sport, not real life. Thoughts arrive like butterflies 🙌

This is why I am not yet ready to go with an EV. The very thought of having to stop to charge with our daughter’s disability in mind is one of dread. When batteries go even better - Chinese tech will continue to drive that - we’re in. Til then, the Tiguan will remain perfect.

I will pass on some of my own advice. If your role affords you the room to be authentic, you are in a job that suits you and will enjoy your time in it. If that is not possible, seriously look elsewhere. It’s the culture that is prohibiting you right there, and you have no influence over it.

From one of the best rugby brains around, I got this advice: “Read ‘Snakes in Suits’ and make sure it’s not your autobiography”.

Two and a half more weeks to go with these overlong Summer hols. Won’t even try describing how it affects a child with disabilities such as ours has. July provision was great. After that it wasn’t long before it really landed with her what lay ahead. Tough, relentless fucking going, I tell you.

The US government converted $8.9bn of already-awarded but unpaid CHIPS Act/Secure Enclave funding into 433.3m Intel shares. So Intel gave nobody anything. Donorrhea keeps repeating the lie that he shook Intel down to do what a communist govt does.

Trump takes a break from fear-mongering about communism to brag about seizing the means of production: "We had a problem with Intel. And we settled the problem. They gave us 10% of the company. That was worth $12 billion."

This is the same Gavin Mairs who, with the likes of Paul Rees, Jones et al, was a cheerleader for the private owners of PRL and LNR as they made a lunge for the European club competitions from the unions so they could compete with those unions.
