She's entirely right. Middle school is too late. When they're younger, many are small and spry enough to go down chimneys and through HVAC vents and clean them right and well. I've read my Dickens.

What happened and "changed our children?" The reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act in 1990s that and included autism as a covered disabilities. Schools had to report how many autistic students they served. Who was a cosponsor of that bill? RFK Jr.'s uncle Ted Kennedy.
