2024 has been a hectic roller coaster of a year, I don’t imagine I’ll ever have another quite so jam packed with experiences. Very thankful! See you all tomorrow when I’m washed up.
Finally finished a project from last year. An e-ink picture frame. Updates every 30 mins and I can upload new photos from a little companion app I made. Just powered by a couple of AA batteries so can be placed anywhere! 😊

The old manual timer UI using scrolling pickers bothered me for a long time! Feels good to be rid of them, although I didn’t anticipate it would take a week of iteration to land on this design.

In case anyone else wondered, yes you can use the Apple Pencil Pro to make a crack the safe game. The squeeze gesture makes it impossible to be precise though, so you’ll probably lose every time.
