Tried out the One Piece TCG tonight finally. Partner got itself and me some starter decks after like NINE MONTHS of searching for a store that had OP cards at reasonable prices. If it weren't a literal hunt to find ANY packs, let alone ones that aren't $15-$23, this game would be great tbh.

The big talk around Yugioh right now is that the game is "in a bad place", but... Spicy ass take, only MODERN competitive is in a bad place, and it isn't even as bad as most people are making it out to be.

What if there were standardized UI elements for applications, so you could custom build one that suits you? It's so tiresome when say, Discord finally has a UI I like, and then it changes again to something incredibly hideous, or even outright less functional.

Just because things are tough these days, and we aren't where we want to be... Doesn't mean we WON'T be there. We have to keep trudging forwards, until we find a future together that isn't quite so harsh as the present we are currently in.

I'm just sayin, Project Ignis, with EVERY YUGIOH CARD downloaded, plus erratas and OCG/TCG variants, alt arts, a simple OST, and online play... All takes 155MB. Even Master Duel is only 5gb. I gotta wonder where FGO is getting it all from.

FGO needs a proper PC release so I can get this 30gb monstrosity off my phone. I don't even play it when out and about anymore, because if I'm sitting down to play, I want to GRIND for a few hours... Not really a "waiting in line for a few minutes" kind of game anymore.

I wish shipping from Japan weren't so expensive. It would be so much more cost effective to buy jp OCG Yugioh cards if it weren't for shipping prices, which would help with trying new cards or decks so much. Plus... OCG text and holos look nicer. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
