A good question can do so much in the classroom. Check understanding, reveal misconceptions, make thinking visible, retrieve information from long term memory & help every learner participate in the lesson. That’s why I wrote Questioning for Teaching & Learning: a little guide for teachers.
On Thursday I’m hosting a webinar for classroom teachers and leaders. The focus is questioning, digging deeper & richer retrieval practice. A practical session with strategies you can use in the classroom. All welcome! For more information and tickets: www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/questionin...
