This was supposed to be an episode about Metroid (1986) including a discussion about precursors and successors, until I did my thing and we ended up spending an entire episode just talking precursors. Whoops.

Elsewhere on the internet I saw a comment that said America is a resort for the wealthy and everyone else is the hired help, and now I can't stop thinking about it.

Has anyone ever interviewed the US marketing team behind Final Fantasy VII? I'd love to know who it was that pushed for it to be VII rather than VI. Maybe someone even suggested a non-number? There's got to be a story behind that.

I’m glad people who’ve read the book are saying this looks good, because when I saw the trailer for Foundation coincidentally right after reading the book, I was livid about how badly they’d butchered it. Debating whether I should read the book first with this one or just enjoy the show.

Tried a side part as an experiment. My hair looked merely okay for most of the day, and then turned into this right before bed. If I can harness this, I might be about to entire my side part era.
I’m unclear from reading the article whether this is 10 movies, or a single movie that combines all 10 of these IP? Either way, it’s a huge missed opportunity that Major Havoc isn’t on the list.
