I keep reading that Israel violated the cease-fire, but here's the thing: I never once read that Israel had agreed to a cease-fire. If terms are as suggested, did the US finally part ways with Israel, or are we just going to give Israel more money and weapons? Have we gone fully proxy here?

The Senate passed TSA, Coast Guard, and FEMA funding 100-0. Johnson buried it. When unanimous bipartisan votes die in the House, that's not gridlock — that's a GOP policy choice. Chaos is the Trump governing strategy, not the failure of it.

It's a beautiful day, so I walked with a neighbor and her granddaughter to the town playground. The merry-go-round was so fun, and I was headed for the swings, but decided to try the slide first. I sailed down, landed on my butt, slid a few feet, and then my head fell on the end of the slide. 1/2
