Pharmacist sent me some "helpful links" for pain management after routine med review. I've had chronic pain >10yrs, diagnosed with #fibromyalgia ~9yrs ago, and #hEDS #HSD this year. No amount of positive thinking or fucking mindfulness is going to make my body produce collagen correctly 🤬
