Yesterday's school messaging migraine: "TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 16th" (it wasn't) "Registration for this closes on September 17th" (I already registered?) "Which means YOU HAVE 24 HOURS LEFT" (omg all caps why) "to complete the survey" (at the time you sent the message I had 60 hours)
Cons: at the Washington Spirit game, my son decided to start his career in mixology by pouring random combinations of gatorades for everybody in our row, and my lap was the mixing table. Pro: anytime people started screaming at a bad call, so did he and he seemed very angry about that.
Sometimes I think that everybody has pretty much agreed that AI flyers are garbage and then somebody tells me “oh you gotta do it! They’re so quick and polished.”

A few years ago when I was really in it with a toxic job, “9 to 5” happened to come on the radio and I wept in the car (I was pregnant, okay?) and it became my power anthem to leave. As a person with family that hails from Appalachian TN, I let Dolly inspire my way through that season of life.
