Genuinely feel kind of bad for resonite with the vrchat comparisons. People say how setting up an avatar in vrchat is "easy", but the process they describe isn't comparable, and I think a lot of people forget how involved it can be in unity, or have just never had to.

I need to stop writing *recursive descent parsers*! Why do I keep doing this to myself‽ Like, genuinely, I think like 50% of the projects I have started in the last year involved me writing a parser (and then not finishing the parser, usually).
I need to stop making things and then not posting the code anywhere so it looks like I did absolutely nothing lmao
I am a bit annoyed that there is *no* documentation for any of the Bluesky schemas. You have find the internal JSON schema definitions in their GitHub repository (which are mixed in with the definitions for the API calls) and read it yourself.
Yo I bought another domain (I registered gwah.ing because why not — it's only $10.81 a year) Now I need to figure out something to do with it other than giving my friends free subdomains lmao (it's moreso renting it from Google than buying actually)
Darn it. Can my SSDs in my server behave themself???? I understand that's an unreasonable request but could it at least not be both the drives on the same stripe? (my data is fine; I'm just annoyed because I'm going to need to remake my ZFS pool; one of the drives is failing but hasn't yet failed)
I have apparently found a new way to procrastinate on university assignments… by writing a book on the Python programming language???? Anyways I might actually finish this??? :3 (I would like to clarify that I forced myself to stop writing to finish the assignments and they're done now)
I should really post on BlueSky more (or at all tbh)… I am very much in the habit of "DM it to the first person or first few people at the top of my Discord DMs list at that moment and then never mention it anywhere else"
As I like collecting data, I recently tried out last.fm and it was quite pleasant. It worked fine… until I tried to listen to INFAMOUS by Ivcomb, YonKaGor, and Stephanfro. Then I realized that it could only record one artist for each listen entry.
