I have just resigned from the board of "Statistics and Computing", along with 17 other Associate Editors. This was a difficult decision: this great journal has published many tremendous articles under the leadership of EiC Ajay Jasra, and before him David Hand, Gilles Celeux, and Mark Girolami.

Excited that our ProbML symposium has now started (and is online on zoom: link is on probml.cc/schedule )! We have a full day of talks and posters on probabilistic machine learning.

Probably the best event on probabilistic ML I know 🔥🔥🔥 Highly recommended, especially if you cannot make the UAI deadline (we have a proceedings track published in PMLR!) or are already planning to attend ICML (for example, via the fast track to present an already published paper).
