Shhhhh. I’m hiding from my garden. I’ve fallen behind and I think the weeds are becoming sentient.

I ate too many cookies and now I have a tummyache.

Maybe I’m weird, but sometimes seeing a dramatic movie with a bunch of actors that are really recognizable pulls me out of it. Like “oh hey that’s so and so!” Still enjoyable, but now I can’t stop thinking it’s all dress up.

It’s finally been raining today. And it’s one of those whole day drizzles. Glorious way to wind down.

I just realized Chasing the White Rabbit is doing pretty good in digital libraries, so yeah. I deserve some chocolate.

It’s been disgustingly hot for like two weeks, and with fibro it’s impossible to get outside for gardening in that heat. I’m now too afraid to go look at it. I’ve decided the garden is on its own. May the odds be in your favor.

Sometimes strong will is getting out of bed in the morning. Sometimes it’s taking your meds. Sometimes it’s smiling. Sometimes it’s putting one foot in front of the other as you wipe the tears away. It’s the tiny acts of defiance that echo through your day. Be strong my friends.

Made it through my 9 hour work day with a flare up, had my son come in to tell me he ran an ink pen through the dryer and now the inside is blue, and my daughter backed out of the garage and hit the edge of the door. So of course I bought a lotto ticket.

The flareup I worked the last three days to settle has already burst back into ridiculous after an hour of work, so my marketing for now is just this: please buy my book and review it so more people buy it and I can get out of this cycle of working myself to the point of not being able to move.
