With the Magic Hobbit set, I’m going to build a Morophon deck that will be quite silly. I believe @benjithebrewer.bsky.social gave me the idea, and now there is a large enough card density to make it happen. Guess below what concoction I have brewing!

Blocks were typically composed of a large set and two small sets. For example: Theros had 234 cards, Born of the Gods had 165 cards, and Journey into Nyx also had 165 cards. This is a total of 564 cards. We are getting more than 180 new cards than Magic sometimes got during a 9 month span.
Amy the Amazonian@amytheamazonian.bsky.social · 4mo agoI made this post before all of the cards were fully revealed. It's actually 751 unique new cards, and just over half of them are Legendary. When everyone's Super, no one will be.

Finally putting my favorite card into my favorite deck. 5 color Sunforger is going to be excellent.
And the reason we should make noise about this is 2 fold 1. Dan Frazier and Marts Nael deserve better than this; a photoshop collages and random smudge/clone jobs. 2. Magic is KNOWN for its art, and the quality of it. Its something to be proud of. Don't let over working and deadlines ruin that.
