Magix sold Vegas to Boris Fx this year. And suddenly my program is unstable and doesnt work And Boris FX have Vegas now as a monthly subscription, just like Adobe do This all fucking sucks, and I sure hope a big prominent YouTuber talks about this in a video soon to give me some sense of catharsis

No video today, because Vegas Pro decided to randomly break on me. I can no longer save files at all. It "stops working" everytime I try. I can run it as Administrator, but then I can't drag and drop from Windows explorer, completely fucking my workflow. What a load of shit.

Content simply about how expensive your cards/deck are is garbage and I strongly dislike this trend in Magic If we want less bounties and collector chase cards taking already expensive product "to the moon" alongside price gouging, then maybe a culture of "this is a game" is needed more than ever

Truth be told, people would be alot less upset with Instagram MTG Ambassadors if the product allocation wasnt scuffed and the premium boxes weren't being price gouged up to 700eu/$1000. The frustrations are very valid - but the wrong people are getting the barbed feedback.

I empathize with young creators stoked about getting stuff and the opportunity to work with a brand they love. I empathize with fans seeing folks showing off free stuff when things have never been more expensive. Feels weird and unfair. I feel like people are being setup to fail here.

I’ve seen little to no anger about channels making early gameplay videos, or deck techs, or draft tutorials, or whatever. If ambassadors used the product to make more substantial content, they - and the program - would not get that kind of response.

Condensing the number of creature types in Magic to lower complexity/allow more synergy between cards is reasonable - losing Viashino is a fair trade off. But the loss of Viashino and Homarid in one breath, and adding Gorn and Talosian in the next reeks of one hand not talking to the other.
