Tonight's gig: Cloth in the church hall at Pittenweem Arts Festival. Once again the organisers fixing up some cracking music acts! Support was from the superb vocal trio, Little Acres. (And another sound guy who really delivered the goods.)

Tonight's gig at a sold out Kings Theatre, Kirkcaldy. Local legends The Ghost Train, fronted by @Gscott735Graham. John Peel played their single, Hope and Glory, twice, 40 years ago. You can keep all your massive productions and visual extravaganzas. One of my gigs of the year.
Can't be the first to say this, but (and yay UEFA - brilliant) this works equally well if you swap out "football" for maybe "water" or "a stable climate". Look at me being the revolutionary socialist. "No one has the moral authority to sell what they merely hold in trust for the next generation."

Turns out hitting 70 is not as sore as I thought it would be. Kids did me proud on our weekend away at Loch Tay and a relaxed dinner out with family tonight. Back on the bike tomorrow.

The pond weed and surrounding plants really took over the pond the last few weeks. Removed what felt like a ton of weed from it and it's teeming with frogs, sticklebacks and insects.
