Introduce yourself as what almost killed you: Hi, I'm a tow truck that hit Kentifer while they were walking across the street. Luckily my driver did stop and call 911, but Kentifer was in the hospital for 2 1/2 weeks and on crutches for another month. Physical and mental injuries, but still here.

Coming home today, I thought I saw one my cats outside. This caused me to enter full panic mode. Long story short, I tripped and scraped up leg but the cat was inside the whole time. So that's cool.

If straight people could stop telling me how it's okay to mock someone for being gay as long as said straight person assumes the other person is repressing their sexuality. But guess what straights? You're just calling people "gay" and laughing at them. Just like you did in high school. Grow up.

I take it back. I don't hate having emotions. One of my favorite parts of myself is that I'm sensitive. Other people don't like it? That's their problem.

Here's a news flash: just because you think you're progressive, that doesn't mean you're immune to have a negative reaction when someone in a minority group asks you not to do something that hurts them. We all have that feeling. The goal is to push that reaction down and listen to people.
